Join Lisa Ponczek for a practice that combines a yin yoga practice with the healing sound vibrations from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. The yin practice focuses on creating space in the connective tissue by learning to relax muscles. The poses stimulate the flow of energy through the body allowing an emotional release providing opportunity to listen, let go and connect to our heart center finding peace within. The addition of the live resonance of the singing bowls enable you to go deeper into a state of relaxation while the sound vibrations wash over the body. Sound baths are an extremely powerful and non-intrusive method to release stress and create an enhanced state of well-being. You will need a yoga mat or a beach towel. Suitable for all levels.

If you don’t receive it, please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time via TEXT at 561-654-6847. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts. Please join at least 15 minutes early to make sure we can address any questions you may have about Zoom and to give you time to settle in.
