Suitable for all levels with a focus on movement and breath, gentle yoga is a slower paced, rejuvenating yet calming class in a safe, compassionate and non-competitive environment. This class includes breathing techniques, gentle flowing movements, strengthening, stretching and restorative poses. Props and modifications are offered to allow students to access poses with integrity and ease to the best of their ability. It is a perfect class for beginners, those with physical limitations, or more experienced students preferring a slightly gentler practice.
