Alternating between active and passive versions of floor-based poses, you will enjoy subtle stretching of muscle tissues before relaxing into a softer more passive version of each pose benefiting the deeper, connective tissues and joints.  This calming and meditative practice will leave you feeling relaxed, supple and and maybe even a bit yoga stoned.
